I knew that Ali would be organising yet another round of the swap in February but I also knew that I won't be able to take part in it due to having my baby. Little I knew that Ali would secretly (so sweet of her!) organise a little surprise card for me. She asked Bea to make one and she gladly agreed, and I am so happy she did. Just look at this little cutie! I love everything about it, every tiny detail. Have you noticed a tiny patch of hair on baby's head? The love heart in the chimney? So sweetly stitched!
The back of the card is no less cuter. A simple patch of fabric, running stitches and that bow just adds to the prettiness.
Thank you so much Bea for the lovely card and thank you Ali for organising this surprise for me! It makes me feel so special! Larisa xox
What a fantastic surprise. The card is so beautifully made!
ReplyDeleteIt was totally unexpected and so sweet. :-)
DeleteSuch a sweet ATC and such a thoughtful gesture by your friend!!! I like your 2 boys sculpture with a little boy and a not so little boy! I hope you and the new baby are doing well!!!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely! The sculpture was a special gift for my Not So Little Boy from a friend of mine for this special occasion. So thoughtful and lovely.
DeleteWe are doing quite well, thank you, Gina, as well as you can with a tiny baby. But I think some sleep deprivation is kicking in finally. :-)
DeleteIt's a super ATC, I'm not surprised that you like it!
ReplyDeleteIt is, Dina! I feel very special to get a gift like that.
DeleteWhat a wonderful surprise and so appropriate, it's a darling card beautifully done and you deserve it!
ReplyDeleteIt is a really lovely card, the details are super tiny and cute. I was so touched to get it. I even had tears in my eyes when I opened the package and saw what was inside. :-)
