Tea Time... Or Maybe Not

I have been drinking a LOT of tea lately, more than I usually would. On some days you can even trace my steps around the house by the unfinished cups of tea left behind.

Sitting down, flicking through a magazine or reading a book and enjoying my afternoon cup of tea is a luxury at the moment. Nowadays I quite often gulp my tea down in one go or leave it unfinished (I might drink it later when it's way too cold and not really enjoyable any longer) because someone Very Little needs me more than I need my cup of tea. I do not mind that. At all.

But still, it's nice to have a coaster for every cup of tea I am going to have. It must have been that longing for my tranquil afternoon tea tradition that brought up the idea of making coasters with the paper pieced blocks. You can never have enough coasters, can you?
