I spoiled myself just a tiny weeny bit the other day. We all need a little bit of prettiness and treats in our lives, don't we? I came across these fat quarter packs from Korea in a local book shop. Yes, a book shop, in a craft section. I couldn't resist buying them. Simple but delicate prints in pure cotton would be great for any small project.
The top three fabrics are called "Strawberry", the middle three cuts are called "Petit" and the bottom ones are called "First Love". Lovely names, don't you think so? I have a couple of ideas where these prints may end up one day. I already used a tiny piece of the red fabric from the "Strawberry" pack, I am going to show you the result soon. Larisa xox
What a pretty little stack of fabric! If I had come across them I think I would have bought them too! They are pretty and They come from an unexpected place. I am not sure that I could find Korean fabric where I live.
ReplyDeleteThe prints are sweet but it's a pity that they come only in fat quarter sizes and they are quite pricy too. I am not sure where the fabric itself is made but the company (Daily Like) is Korean and just recently it was launched in Australia.
DeleteWhat a lovely surprise, finding fabrics in a book shop! The make a good addition to your stash.
ReplyDeleteIt made my visit to the shop even more enjoyable. :-)
