Work in Progress: Getting Ready

I couldn't wait for any longer, being away from my sewing machine. I had to get it out from the box and bring it back to the living room to it's place on the dining table. My head is spinning with all the projects I have been thinking about and making notes over the holidays. There are so many new and old things around that inspire me, fill me with ideas and make me want to keep creating. I am looking forward to a whole new year of learning new skills, meeting new creative people and having fun along the way creating.

Today is just a tiny sneak peek at some of the things I am working on at the moment, trying out some ideas and creating some new cute things for the upcoming events and holidays.

I know that it's a bit too early to be thinking of the next big event but I gave myself a promise that this year, I would try my best and not leave things till the very last minute, so I can enjoy my work more than simply trying to get to the finish line on time. So I suppose it's never too early to start getting ready for something, especially if it brings you joy.
